01Our role

SceneMixer hosts material that users upload and generate. We do not pre-screen it and we respond to specific, valid notices as described here. Users warrant in the Terms that they hold the rights to what they upload.

02Sending a notice

Email support@scenemixer.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list);
• the exact URL(s) of the material on our service (project, episode, segment or share link);
• your name, address, telephone number and email;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

03What we do

• We remove or disable access to the identified material promptly after receiving a valid notice and inform the user who posted it.
• Incomplete notices are returned with what is missing; we do not act on anonymous or unspecific claims.
• Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.

04Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with: identification of the removed material and its former URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury (where applicable) that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside (or where we are located if outside that country). We forward it to the complainant; unless they notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

05Generated content

AI-generated output is produced from your inputs. If a generation reproduces a third party’s protected work, the same notice procedure applies to the generated file and its share links.
