03Nature of the service

SceneMixer is a tool: it turns text you provide into storyboards and video using third-party AI models. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose. You decide how generated content is used and you are responsible for that use, including any rights clearances it needs. Generated video carries an AI-content mark as described in the Terms.

04Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in Section 08 of the Terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for how generated content is used. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

05Governing law

These policies are governed by the law of the operator’s place of registration stated above, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
