SceneMixer ("we", "us", the "Platform", at scenemixer.com) is an AI-powered storyboard and video generation service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use, store and share it, and your choices. Contact: support@scenemixer.com.
01Information We Collect
- Account: email, nickname, password (stored only as a salted hash — never plaintext).
- Google Sign-In data: name, email and profile picture from Google (see Section 02).
- Usage: prompts and scripts you submit, generation records, model invoked, timestamps, IP, device identifiers.
- Payments: processed by third-party processors (e.g. Stripe). We receive only order status and a payment reference — we never receive or store your card number.
- Uploads: images, video and audio you provide as generation references.
- Cookies and logs: see Section 08.
02Google User Data
- What we access: with "Sign in with Google" we request only your basic profile — name, email, profile picture. We never request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service data.
- How we use it: solely to create your account, sign you in, and show your name/avatar in the product. Never for advertising or profiling.
- How we store it: email, Google account ID and avatar URL are stored encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected at rest with access controls.
- How we share it: we do not sell Google user data and do not share it except with infrastructure processors under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
- Revoking: revoke access anytime in your Google Account security settings; deleting your account removes the associated Google data per Section 05.
- SceneMixer's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
03How We Use Information
- Providing the service: parsing scripts, generating images/video/audio, storing your projects.
- Processing content through third-party AI model providers — your prompts and reference material are sent to the model provider for a task solely to fulfil your request.
- Billing, credit accounting and fraud prevention.
- Security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.
- Aggregate, non-identifying analytics (e.g. country-level visits).
04Sharing
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) — to process payments.
- AI model providers — receive request content to produce your result.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting, storage, delivery.
- Law enforcement — where required by law.
- We do not sell personal information. Ever.
05Retention & Deletion
- Account data: life of the account + up to 6 months after deletion (security and disputes).
- Uploaded reference material: 30 days by default, unless kept in an active project.
- Request deletion anytime via email; verified requests honoured within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
06Security
TLS everywhere; passwords stored as salted hashes; secrets encrypted at rest; production access restricted and audited.
07Your Rights
Subject to applicable law you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing — contact support@scenemixer.com.
08Cookies
- Essential: sign-in and security (cannot be disabled).
- Functional: language and theme preference.
- Analytics: aggregate statistics.
- Marketing: personalised recommendations (off by default).
09Children
The service is not directed at children; inappropriate content involving minors is prohibited and reported to the relevant authorities.
10International Transfers & Changes
Servers are located in Singapore; data may be processed there and in our infrastructure providers' regions under the safeguards above. Policy changes are posted here with an updated date; material changes are announced in-product.

02Google 用户数据
- 访问范围：仅请求基础资料 —— 姓名、邮箱、头像。绝不请求 Gmail、Drive、通讯录、日历等任何其他 Google 数据。
- 用途：仅用于建号、登录和在产品内展示昵称/头像，绝不用于广告或画像。
- 存储：邮箱、Google 账户标识与头像地址传输全程 TLS 加密，静态存储受访问控制保护。
- 共享：绝不出售；除受保密义务约束的基础设施服务商或法律要求外不共享。
- 撤销授权：可随时在 Google 账户安全设置撤销；注销账户即按第 05 条删除相关数据。
- 对来自 Google API 信息的使用遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策（含 Limited Use 条款）。
03使用目的
- 提供服务：解析剧本、生成图片/视频/音频、保存项目。
- 通过第三方 AI 模型服务商处理内容 —— 仅为完成你的生成请求。
- 计费、积分记账与风控。
- 安全、反滥用与法律合规。
- 聚合的、去标识化的访问统计（如按国家的访问量）。
04第三方共享
- 支付机构（如 Stripe）—— 处理支付。
- AI 模型服务商 —— 为完成生成接收请求内容。
- 云基础设施服务商 —— 托管、存储、分发。
- 执法机关 —— 依法律要求。
- 我们绝不出售个人信息。
05存储期限与删除
- 账户数据：账户存续期间 + 注销后至多 6 个月（安全与争议处理）。
- 上传素材：默认 30 天（活跃项目中的除外）。
- 可随时邮件申请注销并删除数据，核验后 30 天内处理（法律要求保留的除外）。
06安全
全站 TLS；密码仅存加盐哈希；密钥静态加密；生产数据访问受限并有审计。
07你的权利
在适用法律范围内，你可访问、更正、导出、删除个人数据，或反对/限制特定处理，邮件联系我们即可。
08Cookie
- 必要：登录与安全（不可关闭）。
- 功能：语言、主题偏好。
- 分析：聚合统计。
- 营销：个性化推荐（默认关闭）。
09未成年人
本服务不面向未成年人；生成涉未成年人的不当内容被严格禁止并将依法报告。
10跨境传输与变更
服务器位于新加坡，数据可能在该地及基础设施服务商所在地区处理，受上述措施保护。政策变更发布于本页并更新日期，重大变更会在产品内公告。
