Lighting is bright daylight with soft global illumination for the town exteriors, shifting to dramatic backlight and long shadows the moment the giant cat's shadow crosses the street. Camera language favors wide establishing gags (the wobbling rocket careening down Main Street), rapid chase cutting at comedy beats, and upward hero angles for the cat reveal; action is prop-driven — levers, slingshots, propeller mice, a mailbox that turns into a rocket — so every gag has a readable mechanical cause.
