
Set your payout method on the cash commission card before your balance reaches the minimum, so the first payout is not held up.
Under them, one line tells you where you stand: $X to go before your first payout, You have reached the minimum. It goes out in the next monthly payout, or $X is being paid out.
Payouts go out once a month to accounts whose withdrawable balance is at least $50. Everything withdrawable at that point is included. While a payout is being sent, its commissions show Being paid; when it has gone they show Paid, and the payout appears in the Payouts list on the page. Below the minimum, the balance simply carries over to the next month.
PayPal, Wise, Alipay or bank transfer, chosen when you apply and editable on the cash commission card under Payout method. Changing it does not affect a payout already in progress; the next payout goes to the new details. If it says Not set yet, set it before the payout date.
Convert to credits turns your withdrawable balance into credits at 100 credits per $1 of commission. The confirmation says exactly how many credits you will get and that it cannot be undone. Converted commissions show Converted in your earnings, and the credits appear in your credit history. Only withdrawable money can be converted; clearing commission has to clear first.
Commission follows what the referred person actually paid. If they are refunded or charge back while the commission is still clearing or withdrawable, it is reduced in place. If it was already paid out, converted or included in a payout, a Refund adjustment row with a negative amount appears instead, and it is netted off your next payout. Every earnings status.
