Every Status in Your Affiliate Earnings, Explained
Quick answer: Each row of Earnings is one payment by someone you referred: the date, who, the type (credits or membership), what they paid, the rate, a status and what you earn. Credit commissions are normally Received: already in your balance. Under review and Voided rows are greyed because you do not have that money. A red clawed back note means the payment was refunded; (capped) means that referral has reached the credit limit. Cash rows move through Clearing, Withdrawable, Being paid and Paid.

If a number looks too low, look under it: a red 'clawed back' amount is a refund of the referred payment, not a mistake.
Credit commission statuses
Received — the credits were added to your balance when the payment cleared.
Under review — held for a check, for example when the referred account was created on the same device as yours. It is either released (becomes Received) or voided. The card above the table adds up how many credits are under review.
Voided — will not be paid: a self-referral, a commission from your own extra account, a review that was not passed, or a payment made while the program was paused.
Cash commission statuses (partners)
Clearing — the payment is less than 30 days old.
Withdrawable — cleared; waiting for the monthly payout.
−N clawed back (red) — the referred person was refunded or charged back, so the matching share of your commission was taken back.
(capped) — your credit commission from this one referral has reached the program’s limit per person; further payments by them earn nothing more. Your other referrals are unaffected.
Refund adjustment (type column) — a cash commission that had already been paid out or converted was refunded afterwards; this negative row is netted off your next payout.
Credits still owed
When a credit commission is clawed back but your balance cannot cover it, the page says N credits from refunded orders are still owed. Future credit commissions cover that first. Nothing else is touched: the owed amount is simply taken from your next credit commissions before they reach your balance.
What the other columns mean
From — the referred account, partly hidden.
Type — Credits for a top-up, Membership for a plan payment, Refund adjustment as above.
They paid / Rate / You earn — what the person paid, your percentage, and the result.
