Where credits go in one episode shows the same numbers from the other end.
Pressing any priced button holds the credits: the line reads Task #N (held) or Compose episode N (held), and the balance panel shows them under Frozen. When the task delivers, a Usage line settles it: Task #N completed, or Video segment #N. When it fails before anything was made, a Refund line returns them: Task #N refunded, or refunded (never reached provider) when the request never went out. Which failures refund.
A hold that stays frozen with no Usage or Refund line means the task is still running, or it ended in a state that needs checking; the panel note says will be processed within 24 hours. Stopping a task refunds a hold that had not started.

Top-up (order …): a pack you bought, base and bonus together. Membership credits (…): a plan’s period grant, one line per month. First subscription bonus and Promotional bonus: extras on a first subscription, first top-up or a limited-time offer. Signup bonus: the 50 credits a new account starts with. Referral reward: your share when someone you referred tops up. The referral program.
Reversed lines appear only when money went back: a refund on an order, or a Payment chargeback. The credits that payment bought are taken back; if they were already spent, the balance can go negative and later grants offset it (credits to be offset on the plan card). Referral reward reversed follows when the referred person’s payment was reversed. Dispute won, credits restored puts them back if a chargeback is decided in your favour.
Adjusted by admin / Deducted by admin: a manual correction by support, with a note. Task #N refunded by support: a refund support made after checking a task. Stranded frozen credits returned: a hold that was found stuck and released.
Every task line carries its number. Task History in the sidebar lists the same numbers with the task type, status and a link to the result, so a held line can be traced to the segment or sheet it belongs to. Task statuses.
