Open the buy-credits window: the methods shown are your site’s; the price is in your site’s currency and does not switch with the interface language.
International: card (Visa, Mastercard and others accepted by the checkout) and PayPal; USD. Chinese site: Alipay, paid by scanning a code; CNY. Methods and currency follow the site you are on, not your location or interface language. Step by step: Buy Credits.

International: a card or PayPal subscription renews each cycle until you cancel; cancelling keeps benefits to the end of the paid term. Chinese site: a membership is a one-time payment for a term; when it ends you subscribe again if you like; there is nothing to cancel. Subscribe, Upgrade, Cancel.
If your membership renews through your card, upgrades and cancellation go through the card; PayPal is refused for plan changes with a message saying so, and the reverse. This keeps one renewal, not two. To switch providers, let the current term end, then subscribe with the other.
Closing the checkout leaves the order pending for a while; reopening within half an hour for the same package resumes the same order rather than opening a second one. A payment that needs your bank’s confirmation returns to the site to check the result before showing success; if it shows ‘still processing’, wait a moment and check the order history. Payment Did Not Go Through.
The order history on the billing page lists every order with its number, amount, state and what it granted; PayPal also shows the payment in your PayPal account. For company invoices, contact support with the order number.
