An AI perfume ad

One line for the box next to the upload: A 50 ml eau de parfum in a square glass bottle with a brass cap; top notes of bergamot, a heart of fig leaf, a base of cedar; for people who want a fragrance that smells like a morning terrace, not a perfume counter.
The photo: glass is the hard part
- The bottle alone, on a plain matte surface (linen, stone, paper), large in the frame, cap on. Glass shows everything around it, so keep windows, phones and your own reflection out of it.
- Soft light from the side, not a hard flash: flash turns a faceted bottle into a white blur and a gold cap into a mirror.
- The label readable. The brand name is copied letter for letter from what is printed, so a tiny or curved label is better backed up by typing the brand and the product name in the one line, which wins over the photo.
- Up to three extra photos of the same bottle: the box, the atomiser close up, the bottle next to a cut fig or a sprig of cedar. Extras become details and sets the shots move through.
The bottle is redrawn as a studio shot on a clean background and then used as the same object in every scene, so the gold of the cap is one gold throughout. If the colour came out wrong it is usually the light; reshoot in daylight and pick different images. Which photos work · An ad for a physical product.
Selling a smell on a screen
The ad cannot make a viewer smell anything and will not claim to. What it can do is put the bottle next to the things people associate with a scent: the spray in a shaft of light, a wrist, a turn in a doorway, the place the notes point to. So write the notes as places and moments in the one line, and the script has something to film:
| Note family | A scene to write | Tone that suits it |
|---|---|---|
| Citrus and green | A morning terrace, a bowl of lemons, linen drying | A day in the life, Minimal |
| Floral | A garden doorstep after rain, a bouquet on a table | Warm |
| Woody and amber | A library at dusk, a fire, a coat on a hook | Minimal, Epic |
| Gourmand (vanilla, tonka) | A kitchen at night, a warm window, a shared cup | Warm |
| Fresh and aquatic | A shoreline at dawn, wet stone, wind | Epic, Minimal |
| Musky and clean | A bare bright room, white linen, an open window | Minimal, Twist |
These are scenes for the picture, not claims about the product. The ad's script is written from your line and the photo, and sets the product in the place; the cast is generated to fit the buyer you describe. Writing the one-line brief.
Which tone for which kind of bottle
| Tone | Perfume use |
|---|---|
| Minimal | The bottle, one light, near silence, one line; for niche and design-led brands. |
| Epic | A launch: scale, a skyline or a coast, the reveal of the bottle at the end. |
| Twist | It looks like one thing (rain on a window), then it is the mist; ends on the bottle. |
| Warm | A gift opened, a hand on a shoulder; for gift sets and the weeks before a gift date. |
| A day in the life | An everyday scent worn through a morning: a spray at the mirror, a bus, a desk. |
| Show how it works | Rarely: the spray and the first walk-out; only for travel sprays or refills. |
Length and quality move the price; tone and format do not. Portrait for feeds and stories, landscape for a website or a counter screen. Fifteen seconds is one beat: the bottle and one idea. Length, format and quality.
What is removed, and what goes on the end card
Wording that cannot be backed up is removed from the script: the best, irresistible, number one, and promises about how people will react to the wearer. That is a filter on wording, not advice; the claims you make are yours. Because video cannot draw readable lettering, the ad is made without on-screen text. Brand, product name, a tagline and the call to action are delivered on the end card: Shop now, Find your scent, Gift this season. Volume, concentration and price belong on the card or the landing page. The end card.
One bottle, four gift dates
Perfume is bought for dates. Shoot the ad once and change only the end card: Edit end card, then Rebuild final cut re-joins the same shots without reshooting. Dates in the United States:
| Date | Occasion | End card tagline and call to action |
|---|---|---|
| Friday, December 25, 2026 | Christmas | Gift this season / Shop the gift set |
| Sunday, February 14, 2027 | Valentine's Day | For the one who stays / Order by the 10th |
| Sunday, May 9, 2027 | Mother's Day | A scent she will keep / Shop gifts for mum |
| Sunday, June 20, 2027 | Father's Day | Woody, warm, his / Shop now |
Make the 30-second main ad early and a 15-second teaser from a second photo (the box) for the week before. A Christmas ad · A Black Friday ad · Rebuild the final cut.
Shoes, bags, eyewear: the rest of the counter
Fashion accessories use the same recipe as the bottle: the item alone, the cleaned studio shot, a generated person who wears it in a real place. The clothing page covers garments; here is the rest.
| Item | First photo | Extra photos | What the ad does | Tone |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shoes | The pair, three-quarter view, on a plain surface | The sole; a detail of the stitching | Walks out of a door onto wet pavement, a sit-down, laces tied | A day in the life, Minimal |
| A handbag | Front on, large in frame, handles up | The inside; the clasp | A bag taken from a shoulder, opened at a café table | Minimal, Warm |
| Sunglasses | The pair open, front on | Folded; the hinge | A head turn in bright sun, a hand lifting them | Minimal, Epic |
| A watch or scarf | Three-quarter, on a surface | Worn; the clasp or the weave | A cuff pulled back, a scarf tied at a doorway | Minimal, Warm |
A “fashion video” here is one product in an ad of 15 to 60 seconds, or a drama in which outfits are set per character and per scene. An ad for clothing · An ad for jewelry · Outfit consistency in a series.
Make it in SceneMixer, start to finish
- Photos: open the Ad Video tab and upload one to four photos of the same subject. The read is free and tells you what it saw: category, product name, any brand name legible on the label.
- One line: say what it is and who it is for. When the line and the photo disagree, the line wins.
- Pickers: vibe, length (15, 30 or 60 seconds), portrait or landscape, 480P / 720P / 1080P. The price beside the quality is the ceiling you will pay.
- Make my ad: the script, cast, locations and storyboard are written, every segment is generated with its sound, and the end card carries your brand, product name, tagline and call to action.
- Fix, then export: a shot that missed can be regenerated alone; the end card text can be edited and the cut rebuilt without reshooting. The ad progress page.
| Part of the ad | What to give it | Where the scent lives |

| Tone | Minimal, Twist, Epic or Warm | In the mood |
| End card | Brand, name, tagline, call to action | In the one place text is readable |
FAQ
How do I make a perfume ad with AI?
Upload one to four photos of the bottle, write one line with the notes as places and the buyer, pick a tone, a length and portrait or landscape, and the spot is written, shot and finished with an end card.
Can an AI ad show what a perfume smells like?
No. It shows the bottle, the mist and the places and moments the notes suggest. Describe the scent in the line, not as a promise.
What photo works best for a perfume bottle?
The bottle alone on a plain matte surface, large in frame, label readable, in soft side light without reflections of windows or people.
Will the bottle look the same in every shot?
Yes. It is redrawn once as a studio shot and used as the same object throughout; the label and the colours of your photo are kept.
Can I put the price or the size on screen?
Not in the picture; text there is not drawn reliably. Use the end card and the landing page.
Can I reuse the ad for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day?
Yes. Edit the end card and rebuild the final cut; the same shots are re-joined with a new tagline and call to action.
Can I make an ad for shoes or sunglasses the same way?
Yes. The item alone is cleaned into a studio shot and a generated person wears it. The clothing and jewelry pages cover the details.
Does it use a real model or my brand ambassador?
No. People in your photos are removed and the cast is generated; there is no face swap and no voice cloning.
What does it cost?
One figure is quoted before it starts and it is a ceiling; length and quality set it, tone and format do not. A 15-second ad is the cheapest length.
