A 10-second clip on Wan 3.0 · 480P changed to Night costs 10 × 20 credits; on Wan 3.0 · 720P, 10 × 38.
Night lights the scene only from the light sources already in it. An interior with lamps, a street with lanterns or a room with a lit screen turns into a convincing night; an open field with nothing in it turns into a dark frame. If the scene has lamps or candles that are off in your clip, you can run Lights → Light them up on the night version as a second edit. Lights and background people.
Time of day and weather are two separate changes. For a rainy night, run Time of day → Night first and Weather → Rain on the result. Each run is charged, and the second AI-edited version replaces the first in the history (the generated clip stays). How versions are kept.
An AI visuals edit changes this clip only. The storyboard still says what it said, the location image is untouched, and the other segments set in the same place keep their own light. If a whole scene should be at night, it is usually better to change the Time or Weather line in each of those segments’ storyboards and regenerate them, so every segment and any later regeneration agree. Use AI visuals when one or two clips are off. The segment header fields.
| Option | What it aims for | Pairs well with |
|---|---|---|
| Night | A blue-black sky; light only from the scene's own lamps | Lights → Light them up |
| Dusk | Low warm light from one side, long soft shadows | Exteriors and rooms with windows |
| Daytime | Bright neutral daylight, short soft shadows | Turning a night clip into day |
| Rain | Visible rain, wet glossy ground, damp hair and clothes | Exteriors |
| Snow | Falling flakes, a thin layer on surfaces, cold light | Exteriors |
| Clear sky | Dry ground, a bright sky | Taking rain or snow out |
Only if you change it too. AI visuals edits one clip; change the storyboard and regenerate for a whole scene.
Not in one edit. Run Night, then Rain on the result; each is charged.
No. The lines, the movement and the timing follow your clip.
No. The options are Daytime, Night and Dusk. For anything more specific, edit the storyboard's Time line and regenerate.
One change, a price on the button, and the daytime clip stays in the history.
