What Each Clip Fix Costs, and When the Credits Come Back

Quick answer: Trim: 5 credits per trim. AI visuals and Re-perform: 2× the per-second price of the tier the clip was made on, times the clip’s length. Lip sync: 1 credit per second of clip. AI edit of the storyboard text: 1 credit per revision. Every price is on the button before you press it. The credits are held when you press and come back if the fix fails; none of these has a free allowance.

Before choosing between a fix and a regeneration, compare the two prices on screen: the fix price is on the panel's button, the regeneration price on the segment's generate button.

Worked examples

A 10-second clip made on Wan 3.0 · 480P (10 credits a second to generate):

The same clip on Wan 3.0 · 720P: regenerate 10 × 19, AI visuals 10 × 38. The pattern holds on every tier: a picture fix costs twice a regeneration of the same length, and a voice-only fix costs a small fraction of either.

When a fix is worth it, and when regenerating is cheaper

A fix is worth it when the clip is right apart from one thing and a regeneration would roll the dice on everything else — the acting, the framing, the timing you already like. Regenerating is cheaper when the storyboard is right and you just need another take, or when the clip was made on an expensive tier and a cheaper one would do. And some problems only a regeneration fixes: framing, camera angle, positions, extra people. Which fix for which problem.

When the credits come back

Trim, AI visuals, Lip sync, Re-perform: the price is held when you press. If the fix does not go through, it is refunded. An AI visuals or Re-perform edit blocked by content review is refunded too, and counts toward the same pause as a blocked generation. In the rare case where a result cannot be confirmed either way, the credits wait as held for review instead of being charged. Credits held for review.

AI edit of the storyboard text: charged only when a revision comes back and is shown to you, and the review says so (Charged ✦ 1). If you discard that revision, the credit is not returned — the revision was made. Every failure, refusal or unusable reply costs nothing.

A trim can save on the composite

The episode composite is priced by the actual length of each segment’s active version, 1 credit per second, so a trimmed segment costs less to join. Which segments are joined.

In your credit history

Each fix shows as a hold when you press, followed by a charge when it lands or a refund if it fails — the same pattern as generating a segment. Reading your credit history.

FAQ

Do the free sheets or first-project perks cover any of this?

No. These fixes are always charged.

Is AI visuals ever cheaper than regenerating?

Not for the same tier and length: it is twice the price. It is worth it when you want to keep the rest of the clip exactly as it is.

Why was I charged for an AI edit I discarded?

The revision was made and shown to you; discarding it does not undo the work. Failed attempts are free.

Can I stop a fix and get the credits back?

There is no stop button for fixes. If a fix fails, the credits come back by themselves.

See the price before you press

Every fix shows its cost on the button and refunds itself if it fails.
