Open a paused ad’s progress page: the refused segments are listed with the provider’s reason; open one, change the text, and the retry button becomes available.
The video stage marks each segment as done, refused or waiting. A refused segment shows the reason the provider gave. The retry button under the page is refused with a message while any refused segment still has the text it was refused with. The Ad Progress Page.

The same text goes to the same check and gets the same answer; a block is normally refunded, but every block counts against your account’s daily moderation count, and enough of them pause all video generation for a while. Requiring an edit protects you from looping into that pause. Video Generation Paused.
Read the provider’s reason. A person: the ad’s people are generated, and a real face in your photo is not carried over (product photos are redrawn as the product alone; people are removed from place and vehicle photos first), so look at how the script names or describes its people. Lookalike: a celebrity name, a franchise character, a famous logo in the script or on the product; rename or describe generically. Claims: cures, guaranteed returns, medical effects; write what is visible instead. Violence or weapons as a gag: cut it. Clothing: less skin in the shot text. The rules: Content Rules and Moderation.
The progress page says so separately: video submissions for your whole account are paused for the stated time. Edit now, retry when the pause ends; the ad keeps its place. Repeated blocks across ads are reviewed by people; see the content rules for what leads to restrictions.
Refused segments are refunded automatically when the provider confirms the block, up to 12 blocks per account in 24 hours; a block past that, or on a day the site’s own daily refund limit is reached, is held for review instead of refunded. Segments that were delivered are charged and kept; the retry only regenerates the edited ones, priced by their seconds. The one-price cap still applies to the whole. The One Price Is a Cap.
