‘Content Review Was Triggered Several Times, Video Generation Is Paused’: How the Brake Works

Quick answer: Each time a video generation is blocked by the provider’s content check, it counts in a 24-hour window that starts at your first block. Once the count goes past 12, video submissions from your account are refused for 1 hour. The count does not reset when the pause ends: within the same 24 hours, one more block starts another pause. Only video submissions are paused; sheets, storyboards and everything else continue. Blocks within the daily number are refunded automatically once the provider confirms them; the block that goes over the number, and every later block in the same 24 hours, is held for review instead. The way out is to change what is being submitted — the storyboard text, the sheets, the props — not to resubmit the same content.

Open the segment cards that failed: each shows the block reason from the provider; those are the segments to edit before the pause ends.

What triggers the pause

Only confirmed content blocks from the video provider count — the failures whose card says the content was refused. Timeouts, busy providers, invalid inputs and your own cancellations do not count. The window runs for 24 hours from your first block and then starts over; the pause starts at the moment the count is exceeded. What a single block means: Blocked by Moderation.

The episode timeline: every segment as a card with its thumbnail and duration
Each block by the provider's content check counts; past the daily count, video submissions are refused for a while.

During the pause

Submitting a video generation is refused with the message and a remaining time; nothing is charged. Generations already running finish normally. Sheets, storyboards, edits, composites of existing clips, ads and remakes that are not at their video stage all work. Use the hour to edit: the cards name what was refused.

After the pause

Submissions work again, but the 24-hour count is still there. If the next submission is blocked too, a new pause starts at once. The count starts over only when the 24 hours from the first block have passed. So the second pause is the signal to stop and change approach, not to try variations.

What was charged

A generation the provider blocked is refunded automatically while you are within the daily number, because the provider confirmed it produced nothing. From the block that goes over the number, the credits are held for review instead; support decides them. Submissions refused during the pause never hold anything. Refund Rules.

Repeated pauses and the account

The brake is automatic and does not itself affect your account standing. Content that breaks the rules does: repeated attempts to generate prohibited material are reviewed by people and can lead to restrictions or a closed account. What is prohibited and what happens: Content Rules and Moderation. If you believe the blocks are wrong — a lookalike name, an innocent prop — see IP Suspected and write to support with the segment.

FAQ

Does the pause stop my running generations?

No. Only new video submissions are refused.

Was I charged for blocked generations?

Blocks within the daily number are refunded automatically; from the one that went over, the credits are held for review.

Can support lift the pause?

The pause is short and automatic; support looks at wrong blocks, not at shortening the wait.

Do sheet or storyboard blocks count?

No. Only video blocks count toward this brake; text and image checks have their own messages.

Why not reset the count when the pause ends?

So that resubmitting the same content cannot loop through the brake once an hour.

Change the content, not the timing

The pause ends by itself; the count starts over 24 hours after the first block.
