SceneMixer — AI Short Drama Generator: From Script to Series

From Script to Cinema

Bring your script or novel. AI builds the cast, the world, and every shot. SceneMixer is an AI short drama generator that turns novels and scripts into serialized vertical drama — character sheets, scene art, storyboards, per-segment video generation and full-episode compositing, with characters that stay consistent across episodes.

  • AI script analysis — characters, scenes, props, and episode structure from one upload
  • Consistent character & scene reference art in your chosen style and aspect ratio
  • Storyboard scripts and vertical (9:16) or landscape (16:9) video generation
  • Credit-based pricing: 50 free credits on sign-up, first drama: 15 concept sheets + first storyboard free, up to 15% top-up bonus, memberships from $7.99/month across 5 paid tiers
  • Three steps: upload a script or let AI write one → parse characters, sets and episodes with reference art → generate shot by shot and composite the episode
  • World Model: every scene gets a world first — a 360° view of the set, the furniture measured in it, a place for everyone — then every camera is placed inside it, so cuts keep their geography
  • Characters stay consistent across episodes: every clip is generated against the reference sheets; 10–15 second shots billed per second, regenerate a single segment and pay only for it
  • 28 complete sample series to watch online, each generated straight from a script with every segment's script and video
  • 15 languages: the interface in 15 languages, and the cast's spoken dialogue can be set to any of them per project — pick the language your audience speaks

Sample series with native dialogue, one per language: Português · 한국어 · Español · 日本語 · Bahasa Indonesia · Русский · Français · Italiano · Nederlands · العربية · Türkçe · Deutsch · Українська · all 15 languages

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to write a screenplay?

No. Paste a novel or script, or type one idea and let AI draft the script before parsing and generation.

Will characters stay consistent?

Parsing first produces a reference sheet for every character and set; each clip is then generated against those references, so faces and locations hold across episodes.

What is the World Model? Does it cost extra?

For each scene, SceneMixer builds a world: a 360° view of the set, the furniture measured in it, and a place for every character. Every shot's camera is placed inside that world. It runs automatically on new projects on paid plans, with no extra credits per shot.

How long and how much per episode?

A 10–15 second clip usually renders in minutes and is charged per second of video; the episode is composited from its clips. See the pricing page for numbers.

Can I use the videos commercially?

Generated content is yours to use; make sure you hold the rights to the script, and watermark removal is at your own compliance responsibility.

What aspect ratio is the output?

Pick the aspect ratio when you create the project — 16:9 by default, 9:16 also available. Character sheets are always portrait; sets and video follow the project ratio.
