The language you use the site in. If you switch the interface to Japanese, the next reminder arrives in Japanese. Sign-in codes add an English copy underneath when your interface language is not English.
Every reminder carries a link at the bottom. Opening it stops all four reminders for your account at once, without signing in; the page confirms it. Mail apps that show an unsubscribe button at the top of a message use the same mechanism. There is no confirmation email and nothing else to click.
Unsubscribing does not affect your account, your projects, your credits or your plan. It only stops the reminders.
Sign-in and password-reset codes, because they only arrive when you request one. Replies to feedback, because you choose whether you want them each time you send feedback. Receipts from the payment provider, which come from the provider, not from us.
Check spam and promotions folders first; sign-in codes are the most likely to be filtered. Add the sending address to your contacts. If a sign-in code still does not arrive after a minute, request another; codes expire, so use the latest one.
There is no switch for it in the site yet; write to support from your account’s email and ask.
No. They point you back to your project, your balance or your plan page.
Cancelling stops renewal; your plan runs to the end of the period. The reminder is about that remaining time.
No. It only stops the four reminders.
No. The emails listed on this page are the ones we send.
Open any reminder and use the link at the bottom, or leave them on and let them point you back to unfinished work.
