How to Get Help

Quick answer: For a how-to question, press Ask in the corner: it answers from these guides and links the page it used. Feedback is sent from inside that window: when the answer does not solve it, or after two answers, a line Still not solved? appears with Send feedback. Pick the category, attach screenshots, and choose how to be told — here, or also by email; your questions and the answers go with it, so we start where the AI stopped. Replies appear under the bell as Official Reply and under History in the feedback window, usually within one business day. For anything about your account or a payment, the contact page has the support address.

Every error message answers most questions before you need to ask.

Ask

The Ask button in the corner opens Ask SceneMixer: type a question about using the site — what something costs, what a step does, what a status means — and it answers from the guides, with From the guides links under the answer. Common questions are one tap. It only knows the site; it will say so if you ask about something else, and it says Our guides don’t spell this one out rather than guess. Do not type personal details into it.

Ask sits in the corner and behind the Help icon at the top; feedback is sent from inside it; replies arrive under the bell.

Feedback

Reached from inside the Ask window: after an answer that does not solve it, or after two answers, the line Still not solved? → Send feedback opens the form (if Help is unavailable, the Help icon opens the form directly). Your last question is filled in and the conversation goes along. What is it about? — Something broke, Billing & credits, Suggestion, Other; the hint in the box tells you what to include for each (which step, what you saw, what you expected; which order or task, when, how much). Add screenshots: paste or drop, JPG or PNG, up to the number shown. Tick Include the page I’m on so the problem is found faster. How should we let you know?: just show the reply here, email the account address, or email another address. Submit.

Where replies land

Under the bell at the top right, as Official Reply; also under History in the feedback window, with the status Pending, Replied or Resolved. If you chose email, a copy goes there too. Still not solved? Tell us more continues the same thread.

Support by email

Account questions, payments, refunds and anything with personal details: write to the support address on the contact page, from the address on your account. Include the order number or task number where there is one. Payment problems.

Before you ask

Most questions are one of these: a greyed-out button, a task status, a failed generation, a credit line. The tour on each page can be replayed from Settings → Quick tour.
