Deleted Projects, Episodes, Sheets and Videos: What Happens Right Away and What Happens After Seven Days

Quick answer: Deleting a project, an episode, a sheet, a clip or a library upload removes it from your account immediately: it is gone from the lists and nothing on the site can open it. The files behind it (images, videos) are not erased at that moment; they are queued and permanently removed about seven days later. That week exists so that a mistaken deletion can still be looked into by support; it is not a recycle bin you can open, and restoring is not guaranteed. If you deleted something by mistake, write to support within the week, with the project name and roughly when; after seven days nothing can be brought back. In-flight work in a deleted project: queued work is refunded, clips already sent are settled by what the provider reports, and other work already sent is held for review.

What deletion does right away

The item leaves your account: project cards, episode lists, the library. Links you shared to its clips stop working. Its storage is released from your quota at once. Nothing on the site shows it again. Project Cards: Resume, Rename, Delete.

A deleted project leaves the home page at once; its files are removed for good a week later.

What the seven days are

The files are held for about a week before permanent removal. In that week, support can look into a deletion you report as a mistake; whether anything can be reassembled depends on what was deleted and how long ago, so treat it as a chance, not a promise. After the week, the files are removed from the site’s storage.

What is never deleted by a delete

A sheet that is also used in another project (copied from the library, or a reference image shared between projects) stays where it is still used; the site checks references before removing a file. Your credits, ledger and orders are account records, not project files, and are untouched. Generated results do not count toward storage, so deleting to free quota only matters for your own uploads. The Asset Library.

Deleting while something is generating

Generations still waiting in the queue, or not yet sent to the model, are cancelled and refunded. Clips already sent are settled by what the provider reports: charged if delivered, refunded if it confirms a failure. Other work already sent (sheets, storyboards, parses) is held for support to review. Clips delivered after the deletion are not attached anywhere and are cleaned up with the rest. Stop a Generation.

Deleting the account

Account deletion follows the same week for files, and additionally clears the account itself; sign-up bonuses are not granted again to the same email or phone if you re-register. Delete Your Account.

FAQ

Is there a recycle bin?

No. Deletion is immediate on your side; the week is a support window, not a bin.

I deleted the wrong project ten minutes ago.

Write to support now with the project name; the sooner the better.

Do I get credits back for a deleted project?

For queued work, and for running work that had not reached the model yet. Clips already sent are settled by what the provider reports; other work already sent, and any task already held, is held for review.

A sheet I deleted is still showing in another project.

It is used there and is kept there; deleting from one project does not remove it from others.

Does deleting free storage?

Your own uploads, yes, at once. Generated results were never counted.
