Every Error Message, and What to Do About It

Quick answer: Messages on SceneMixer are written to tell you the next step. Most fall into a few families: something is still running (wait), something is missing (add it), a limit was reached (wait or trim), a save was refused (your draft is kept), or a payment did not go through (start again). Find the sentence you saw in the table below. None of these lose your text or your credits without saying so in the message.

FAQ

Did I lose my text?

No. A refused save keeps your draft on screen. Copy it before closing the editor.

Did I lose credits?

Not from any message on this page. Credits move only when a generation is delivered, or as a failure message states.

What if my message is not listed?

Send feedback with a screenshot. The reply arrives in the bell, and by email if you chose that.

Why do I keep seeing 'concurrency limit reached'?

You have as many jobs running as your plan allows. Wait for one to finish, or upgrade for a higher limit.

The message is in a language I did not expect.

Switch the interface language in Settings; messages follow it.

Most messages are a wait or a retry

Find the sentence, do the one thing it names, and carry on.
